Refund policy

Because each Meraki Mob item is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your purchase.

Custom Orders:
Custom, bulk, and commissioned orders are final sale and non-refundable.

If Something’s Wrong:
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another solution.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, materials may already be in use.
