Shipping policy

All Meraki Mob creations are lovingly handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Local Pickup/Delivery:
We occasionally offer local pickup or delivery within the Chicagoland suburbs. Please contact us before ordering to arrange.

Eco-Conscious Shipping:
We do our best to use recycled, recyclable, or compostable packaging. Sustainability matters to us and our community.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
